An archive is useful only when every award claim can be traced.

A publishable record needs the official event name, organiser, year and date, category, exact award, project title, permitted team attribution and a source that a reader can inspect. Images and student details require separate permission.

Projects discovered on other competition platforms are not silently imported as BIAA history. A future research collection may link to authoritative public records, write an original educational summary, preserve attribution and distinguish external recognition from BIAA activity.

When a project application or learning path genuinely benefits from an external resource, the index can add a source-checked node. This is not a general regional news feed. BIAA will explain how to locate an official call, test eligibility, prepare evidence, submit materials, record the acknowledgement, respond to review and document the outcome. The framework never guarantees approval, awards, funding, investment or access to a government programme.

A public subsidy record should identify the issuer, policy year, eligible applicant and project stage, allowable costs, required attachments, deadline, review milestones, disbursement conditions and reporting duties. This is a documentation model, not a claim that funding is currently available.
