Stage one / competition archive

An archive is useful only when every award claim can be traced.

The planned archive will separate BIAA competition records from external competition research. The nine current project directions are listed as projects with summer-competition award information pending—not as verified winners—until the official event, category, award, date and source are supplied.

Award labels will change only after official records are supplied and checked.

01
BIAA / RECORDS

The minimum record for a BIAA award entry

A publishable record needs the official event name, organiser, year and date, category, exact award, project title, permitted team attribution and a source that a reader can inspect. Images and student details require separate permission.

  • 01Event and organiser
  • 02Category, award and decision date
  • 03Official result link or signed record
  • 04Project page and evidence summary
  • 05Consent status for names, images and minors
02
BIAA / EXTERNAL

External projects belong in a sourced research archive

Projects discovered on other competition platforms are not silently imported as BIAA history. A future research collection may link to authoritative public records, write an original educational summary, preserve attribution and distinguish external recognition from BIAA activity.

  • 01Prefer the organiser's original result page
  • 02Respect licence, quotation and image rights
  • 03Record publication date and later corrections
  • 04Do not imply partnership, endorsement or BIAA participation
03
BIAA / PENDING

Current project award fields remain pending

The project owner has said that a summer award list and award data will be provided later. Until then every project detail page shows an explicit pending label. The website can accept the verified fields later without rewriting the technology-tree curriculum.

  • 01No invented ranking or prize
  • 02No invented judge, sponsor or partner
  • 03No public student identity without permission
04
BIAA / RESOURCE-MAP

Opportunity resources are indexed by usefulness, not geography

When a project application or learning path genuinely benefits from an external resource, the index can add a source-checked node for Hong Kong, Shenzhen or another Greater Bay Area location alongside Silicon Valley, major US venture organisations and Singapore. This is not a general regional news feed.

  • 01Primary competition portals and official rulebooks
  • 02Public science and technology grant or subsidy guidance
  • 03Project application eligibility, materials, timeline and review gates
  • 04A source date and owner for every resource node
05
BIAA / APPLICATION-PATH

A smooth application is a sequence of checkable steps

BIAA will explain how to locate an official call, test eligibility, prepare evidence, submit materials, record the acknowledgement, respond to review and document the outcome. The framework never guarantees approval, awards, funding, investment or access to a government programme.

  • 011 / Find the official call and closing time
  • 022 / Check applicant, project and safety eligibility
  • 033 / Prepare the requested evidence and permissions
  • 044 / Submit through the official channel and save the receipt
  • 055 / Track review, clarification, decision and appeal instructions
